Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of HFB Hobbs Fence Builders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

HFB Hobbs Fence Builders provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Hobbs, NM and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on material costs and project scope changes.

Quotes and Payment

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. Once you accept a quote, a deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply to credit card payments.

If you cancel a scheduled project, the deposit may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing any obstacles that may interfere with installation. You must also verify property lines and obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins.

If underground utilities need to be marked, you must arrange for this service before we start digging. We are not responsible for unmarked utility lines.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on labor for all installations. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided in your project agreement.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will help you understand and access these warranties when needed.

Limitation of Liability

HFB Hobbs Fence Builders is not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not properly marked or disclosed before work began.

We are not responsible for natural events such as weather damage, ground settling, or tree root interference after installation is complete.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
